2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on the Site (the “Materials”) – including but not limited to text, video, data, clips, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations and still images – are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property and proprietary rights and must not be used for any purpose other than educational, informational and non-commercial viewing purposes.
You may download and print information from the Site for your own personal use only.
The Materials contained in the Site are either owned by Africa Fashion Week Nigeria or have been licensed by the partners or sponsors of the AFWN for inclusion within the Site.
AFWN would like to hear from any intellectual property rights owners who are not properly identified on the Site so that we may make the necessary corrections and display the appropriate notices.

4. Refund Policy
Africa Fashion Week Nigeria (AFWN) will under no circumstance offer a refund for any payment made for showcase/exhibition on the platform. Payments made can only be transferred to subsequent shows if agreed by the governing committee.
English law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that The High Court of Lagos State shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of The High Court of Lagos State. The place of performance shall be, Nigeria.
